From signage to timeline to menu items, the team at Imperia offers options and customization for every detail, while also taking the load of responsibilities off your shoulders. We felt so fortunate to get to put our effort into the parts of our wedding we valued the most. And we always felt comfortable asking anyone on the Imperia team (shoutout especially to Tasia and JJ!) any questions or suggestions for our ideas – everyone’s communication and organization was thoughtful and quick.

I booked Imperia Lake Union for my company party. Everyone had an amazing time. First off, the recently renovated venue is absolutely gorgeous with wonderful views of Lake Union! The theme of the interior is art deco which pairs perfectly with the historic building. The hidden doors were also lots of fun. The food was incredible. Everything from the appetizers to desert was delicious. And to top everything else, the staff was very friendly and professional. I felt extremely well taken care of from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I will definitely book this venue again. Thank you!

We had our event here last week to launch our new company and it was absolutely stunning! All night, potential clients kept complimenting how fantastic the venue was.

From our tray passed champagne, to our sweet and savory popcorn, the beautiful charcuterie board, and the super tasty sliders everyone loved the food.

The staff were so attentive and friendly. I know for absolute certain where our next event will be. I can’t recommend this team enough. So professional. All my correspondences were addressed swiftly during our planning process.

The venue was made available for us multiple times while planning with my team, photographer, and day of coordinator.

Booking our wedding at Imperia Lake Union was one of our quickest wedding decisions and one of the absolute best decisions we made! I cannot say enough great things about the women who work here and helped us through planning a pandemic wedding. When we had to make the decision to postpone our wedding day Imperia was more than gracious and accommodating. We obviously very much looked forward to our day and we did so for a whole extra year. We had a very clear vision of what we wanted, Tasia and JJ made sure everything was perfect.

Our guests continually told us how much they loved the venue, the ambiance, the menu. Many described it as fancy and glamorous with a touch of vintage which was exactly what I was going for. It is one of the best wedding venues in Seattle.  When we talk about that day with our guests they always mention the food! Thank you Tasia, JJ, the kitchen crew, chef, you all made this day exceptional. Thank you!

Imperia Lake Union was incredible — it exceeded our expectations in every area. Our wedding of 150 guests was beautiful and flawless, better than we could have ever imagined. The professionalism, organization, and responsiveness made the planning process a joy. The Imperia event directors walked us through the process every step of the way. Imperia’s food and beverage, floral and decor, along with their list of vendors they love made planning easy and fun. Almost every guest commented on the beauty of the event, many saying it was the best wedding they ever attended. We highly, highly recommend Imperia. I cannot say enough great things about this venue and their staff. We had an Art Deco/Great Gatsby themed wedding and it was absolutely incredible. We had considered having this theme for our wedding, and once we toured this historic venue, we knew it would be perfect! From our first visit, we were greeted and given a very informative and friendly tour of their beautiful space…

The team is amazing to work with and it is clear they truly care about making sure your wedding day is fantastic! The guest all raved about how beautiful the venue was, and how awesome the food was! I would 100% recommend this venue and their team.

If I could give this venue 10 stars, or even 100 stars, I would.

My now husband and I had almost 3 months to plan and hold a wedding. We checked out a few venues and all of them did not meet our criteria. When we stepped into Imperia (our last venue we viewed) everything was PERFECT. We signed day of our viewing because this place was too good to be true. We read the reviews and we saw only 5 star reviews. And we were able to experience the 5+ star reviews as we worked with them….
