Imperia Lake Union is a luxury event venue, catering company, floral studio, and event design firm located in Seattle’s historic Eastlake neighborhood. Overlooking Lake Union from a beautifully restored 1927 building, Imperia combines timeless elegance, historic character, and modern hospitality to create extraordinary celebrations that are as seamless as they are memorable.
Unlike many venues that rely on multiple outside vendors, Imperia offers a fully integrated, concierge-style planning experience. Our team provides in-house catering, beverage service, floral design, décor, coordination, planning support, and event execution under one roof. This approach allows us to maintain exceptional quality, deliver a cohesive guest experience, and provide clients with a reassuring, guided planning process from beginning to end.
Since acquiring and reimagining the business in December 2020, our ownership team has preserved and invested in the experienced staff that helped establish the venue's reputation while elevating every aspect of the guest experience. The longevity, professionalism, and dedication of our team have become one of our greatest strengths and a cornerstone of our success.
Since 2021 (as of June 2026), Imperia has successfully hosted more than 350 in-house events, ranging from luxury weddings and corporate celebrations to milestone social events. Throughout that growth, our commitment to excellence has remained unwavering.
