We will contact you with any questions and/or to present you with an updated Event Order.

At that time you will be able to make adjustments; no items will be considered final until your approval is received.

Any items provided by Imperia will be added to your Event Order immediately.  Any items provided by outside vendors will need to be checked for availability and fully quoted to add any delivery or other vendor-imposed fees to the total cost before updating your Event.

 

Be sure to add any needed details, options, or descriptions into the comments.

Please Note: All florals and outside rentals must be requested no later than, and become final, 30 days before your event.
