About In-House Catering

When you book an event with Imperia, you will select from a full menu of service styles, foods and beverages for your event. You will be asked to meet a food and beverage minimum for your event; the amount varies based on day of the week and event style. How you choose to meet that minimum is up to you. Learn more about service styles and menus below.

What to Expect

After you book your event with Imperia, you will be invited to a seasonal tasting. This tasting provides you and a guest (2 people) with a sampling of our most popular selections for the season of your event. You will then select your menu with your Imperia coordinator - either from the items you sampled, or from our extensive menu. This tasting, alongside our stellar reviews, helps you envision the flavors and style of even that you would like.
