Our services are typically inclusive, from linens to staffing, food to drinks. But if you just need a space for an hour, no staff, no mess, and no food or drink during our off hours, let us rent to you at cost.

Basic Requirements
- No food or drink allowed (water ok!)
- No staff support services required
- No use of Imperia disposables or items that require cleaning if used
- Leave the space the way you found it
*adding food, drinks, staff, or use of items such as linens and glassware may incur additional charge or be outside the scope of this "Special Use" booking type

- Monday - Thursday from 8am to 1pm
- Other times by reservation
