Imperia knows what it's like to start a diverse-owned small business, social group, or nonprofit in Seattle - so we're here to help in our own small way. Our services are typically inclusive, from linens to staffing, food to drinks. But if you just need a space for an hour, no staff, no mess, and no food or drink during our off hours, let us rent to you at cost.

Hourly "Special Use" Examples

Basic Requirements
- No food or drink allowed (water ok!)
- No staff support services required
- No use of Imperia disposables or items that require cleaning if used
- Leave the space the way you found it
*adding food, drinks, staff, or use of items such as linens and glassware may incur additional charge or be outside the scope of this "Special Use" booking type

Typical Availability
- Monday - Thursday from 8am to 1pm
- Other times by reservation
- Last-minute availability ad hoc

How to Rent
- Call or email us and ask about special hourly use
- We'll clarify that your use fits this product, send a quote for the at-cost use price, and request a signed contract
