Inclusive Services

Once you book Imperia, your inclusive journey begins. Your next steps include planning your food, drinks, and ambiance. With our stellar staff, you'll be working with an experienced team who can help you plan every detail.

When it comes to your look and feel, you'll work with our in-house Event Decor & Floral Manager to build your dream. Whether that's a lush secret garden or a simple candlelit evening, let us help bring your vision to life. Here are the steps of the Floral & Decor Process:

Step One: Service Level

When you book, you'll receive next steps from your coordinator. One of those steps is a short 5-question form, asking what kind of floral service level and decor you're thinking about. Based on what you choose, you'll be given your timeline.

Service Level Options:

  1. 1. Standard Collection (Quick Pick) - choose from a menu of floral colors, shapes and decor items. This service level includes: Order form; Standard menu items; One-hour confirmation meeting.
    You'll be contacted by the Event Design & Floral Manager to make selections 10 weeks before your event. $1,000 floral minimum

  2. 2. Collaborative Creation (Custom Design) - personalized design in a collaborative style with the florist. This service level includes: Inspiration Questionnaire; One-hour Consultation; Custom Proposal; One-hour Final Meeting.
    You'll be contacted by the Event Design & Floral Manager to fill out your inspiration questionnaire and book your initial consultation 4-6 months before your event.$2,500 floral minimum

Step Two: Your Vision

You'll be contacted by the Event Design & Floral Manager at the time specified by your desired service level (above). When you are contacted, you'll be asked to fill out a longer form.

  1. 1. Standard Collection (Quick Pick) - You'll pick from a form menu of items to add to your event.

    1. 2. Collaborative Creation (Custom Design) - You'll fill out an inspiration form and choose a time to have your one-hour initial consultation. This helps us prepare for the meeting and present a cohesive plan to you.

Step 3: Meetings

It's time to talk about what your vision, needs, and desires are.

  1. 1. Standard Collection (Quick Pick) - Once you submit the menu form, you'll schedule your one-hour confirmation meeting to finalize and lock in your choices (reviewing budget, options, and selections from the form).

    1. 2. Collaborative Creation (Custom Design) - You'll meet with us to go over your inspirations. After this one-house initial consultation, the Event Design & Floral Manager will put together a visual proposal board and update your invoice with item placeholders for you to approve or edit. Finally, approximately 2-3 months later, you'll schedule your one-hour confirmation meeting to finalize and lock in your choices (reviewing budget, options, and selections from the form).

      Additional meetings are available for an added fee; however, most clients do not need additional meetings. This is due to the comprehensive nature of the menus and processes leading up to the consultation(s).

Step 4: Confirmation

All changes are due no later than 35 days before your event. You'll have until that day to make any updates, such as changes to the number of people in your wedding party, number of tables needing centerpieces, or adding additional decor & florals. We'll send you a reminder and place our vendor order no less than 30 business days before your event. After that, we'll be busily creating your beautiful day!

Standard Collection (Quick Pick)

“We aren’t interested in a highly stylized wedding and just
need the essentials from floral & decor. We have our color
palette (or would like to choose one from the pick list) and trust
you to create beautiful floral designs!”

Collaborative Creation (Custom Design)

“We (and our planner?) have a specific vision or Inspiration Board
we would like to discuss with you. We are interested in
learning more about all the stunning possibilities that flowers
can achieve to make our wedding memorable. This is our
budget – what design elements do you think would have the
most visual impact for our wedding?”

Luxe Bespoke Design

“We want to put on a spectacular event that is highly
conceptualized and custom tailored to us. We would like you
to dream up a theme for our wedding and find the perfect set
of linens, napkin rings, floral arrangements and anything in
between that contribute to bringing this concept to life.”
