New Exterior, Classic Look
Our exterior renovations are complete!
It’s a new exterior with a classic look. Imperia wanted to brighten our facade while nodding to the neo-deco glam interior design. Now the outside matches the inside as a stunning, streamlined and sexy classic look.

- New lampposts with floral hanging arms
- New paint colors (from brown to ivory!)
- Tile, steel embellishments, and deco accents
- Recessed lighting over the windows
- Classic Hollywood star-pattern sconces
- Raised the awning for aesthetic appeal
- New flashing & rain protection
- New deco-style gate
- New insulated windows (it’s so quiet!)
- New art deco window design
- Restored all the antique wood entranceway pieces, including the rotating door
- New entryway chandeliers
